Initial job duties may include:
* Directing well site operations at the well location in support of the Drilling organization's role to conduct all worldwide oil and gas well drilling with an emphasis on safety, cost and efficiency improvement
* Working as part of a drill team, along with engineers and materials & contracting personnel, to implement well designs
* Analyzing and communicating ongoing well-related performance and participating in efforts to correct and improve performance
* Organizing and prioritizing well site activitiesDegree Bachelors degree or an Associate's degree (with significant oilfield experience) in Civil, Construction, Construction Management, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Technology
Travel extensive domestic and international travel to both inland and offshore well site locations
Work Schedule rotational (e.g., work onsite from one to four weeks, then off for a corresponding amount of time)
